Lupus drug suggestion

It's important for people with SLE (Systemic Lupus Erythematosus) to be careful with their medications, since they are often taking complex combinations. Wear a Medic Alert bracelet and/or carry a card taht identifies your medical conditions and the medications you're taking, particularly corticosteroids such as prenisone. Drugs containing sulfonamides (sulfa drugs) are best avoided because they mimic an SLE flare by causing fever, arthritis, skin rashes, sun sensitivity and other problems. These drugs include some antibiotics, such as trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole, that are used in the treatment of bladder or respiratory infections.
