Abstract:Reports on a study of soy intake and thyroid cancer risk among a cross-section of Caucasians and Asian women living in the San Francisco area in California. Experimental setup; Finding that high intakes of soy foods was protective against thyroid cancer; Data dispelling concern about soy as a cause of hyperthyroidism.
