Relief From Crohn's Disease, Tense Muscles, Mental Stress & Poor Metabolism

When people see Isabelle Colborne in shorts they ask her if she's a hard core runner. She's not. Her muscles are just constantly tense. She says she owes the tense muscles, which by the way are also in her shoulders and arms, to a hyper personality, poor metabolism and a stressful job as a temporary placement agent.

A number of the employees at her office go to a registered massage therapist. Her introduction to massage therapy began 10 years ago. She had an ulcer that made her feel uptight and horrible all over all the time. She was also diagnosed with diverticulitis and Crohn's Disease.

After a few deep tissue massage therapy sessions with Pauline Johnson she began to feel better, physically and mentally. She began to relax and her bowel movements became more regular. "Massage therapy just helped me feel better. My body feels better therefore I can work harder and play harder. I don't know what condition I'd be in today if I didn't have massage therapy. I feel good and I actually have days that are pain free. I have a different outlook on life now. That is why I go for massage therapy."
