Abstract:The article presents a study which examines the impact of massage therapy on the well-being of nurses. Findings reveal that massage therapy lessens the physical and psychological stress in nurses. The study utilized 60 nurses at an acute-care hospital in Queensland and were divided into control and experimental groups. Researchers found out the massage therapy promotes wellness to nurses as it may reduce stress levels.
