Abstract:The article presents a research which examines the foods that cause acne in teenagers. The research discovers that milk contributes in causing acne. Researchers examined about 6,000 teenage girls with acne and asked them questions related to their diet. They found that teenage girls who drink two or more glasses a day have a higher risk of acne.
